Lari the Armadillo is an armadillo that lives in the Bayou of New Orleans for the Tiana's Bayou Adventure attraction in the Disney Parks.
Background
This mischievous fella, while quiet in demeanor, seems to always show up where you least expect him to. I hear he has a habit of "borrowing" things that aren't his (although those things eventually make it into the right "paws").
Development
Lari the Armadillo was revealed to be featured in the upcoming attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World's Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Therefore, the Imagineers are creating the animatronic of the armadillo to make his appearance in the attraction.

Lari the Armadillo can be first seen in the "Almost There" sequence, where he can be spotted next to a lantern and some vegetables from Tiana's Foods.
Later, he can be seen in the instrumental version of the "Almost There" sequence. After guests would plunge down into the Bayou of New Orleans, they would across and see Lari holding an umbrella made out of leaves, flowers, and a stick.
He can be seen one last time in the "Special Spice" where he can be seen sitting on a pedestal in Fleur du Bayou as Tiana and Naveen are hosting the Mardi Gras party.

Lari can be seen on The Bayou Community Band poster outside the store, and can also be seen on a portrait inside the store.
