Synopsis[]
Dimension zapping is suspended when the power goes out on the whole block, so Larry invites Rippen, Penn, Boone, and Sashi to his mansion. When Larry’s pet teacup elephant goes missing, Penn and Rippen compete to see who can find him first. Meanwhile, when the power comes back on, Phyllis and Phil battle each other in another dimension.
Plot[]
The episode starts at Middleburg Central High School, where the school bell rings as the heroes exit the school and race each other towards The Odyssey. Penn takes out a scooter, but one of its bolt goes loose because Sashi used a wrench on it, so Penn uses another scooter, but its bolt goes loose because Sashi used another wrench. Sashi gets knocked back by Boone, riding a hand truck, so she uses her grappling hook to grab onto Boone's hand truck to propel herself with the hand truck's speed. Penn sees Rippen and Larry on their car, so he sneaks inside it, seeing Larry dancing at the rhythm of the song. Penn tells Larry his moves are smooth as he quickly gets out of the car, with Rippen listening to him and watching the back seats, not seeing Penn. Boone, riding the hand truck, crashes towards a construction fence, launching himself towards a pipe as Sashi shoots her grappling hook towards a street light and swings from it, reaching in front of Penn, but ends up impacting against another street light. Penn reaches the entrance to The Odyssey first, but crashes towards the door due to it being closed; Boone impacts towards him and so do Sashi. Penn tells his friends he won, but Boone tells him that it is not always winning and that, sometimes, it is about stealing from the opponent's backpack while they are winning, taking out a cupcake from Penn's backpack. Penn tells him he was saving the cupcake as Boone gives him a can of stinky, dead fishes, disgusting Penn. Boone is about to eat the cupcake, but Phyllis takes it as she tells the heroes the power is out, meaning there is no mission for them to zap in. Rippen and Larry get out of the car as Rippen goes to Fish Stick on a Stick's entrance, but impacts towards the closed entrance before Larry impacts towards him. Phil tells him Fish Stick on a Stick's power also went out, meaning they can't do the mission. Penn tells he and his friends would have defeat him anyways as Larry invites everyone to go to his manor to have snacks, but they all reject him, saddening Larry. Seeing Larry's sad face, Penn gets sad too, so his friends decide to go to Larry's manor.
On Rippen's car, they travel to Larry's mansion, called Larry Manor, having a safari park beside it. Boone, impressed, asks Larry if he won the lottery, which Larry tells him he won 32 times. Penn asks Larry how did he won too many lotteries, which he tells him he did it by buying the winning ticket as he opens the entrance to his manor. While entering, Penn sees a gift shop filled with objects with Larry's face printed on. Tony, Larry's pet teacup elephant, appears and pounces towards him; Larry introduces Tony to Rippen, which he tells him he rather drown in a pool filled with vinegar, which Larry tells Tony it is his way of saying he loves him. Fredricks announces snack is served, surprising Sashi as she asks Larry if he is his butler until Matthews appear, saying she is Larry's butler and that Fredricks is her butler. Everyone mount on the manor's rollercoaster before it starts moving at high speed, passing by Old Man Middleburg.
Meanwhile, Phyllis and Phil are playing a board game where the heroes and the villains are the pieces. The power goes back to both The Odyssey and Fish Stick on a Stick, so they call the heroes and the villains to tell them the news, but, distracted by the rollercoaster, they don't answer. When they don't answer the call, Phyllis and Phil take advantage of this by zapping themselves into the mission, where they fight against each other in a space world.
At Larry Manor, Larry is telling jokes to Rippen and the heroes, which Rippen tells him he can't tell punchlines into jokes and expect people to figure out the setup. Penn asks Rippen to tell a joke and so he tells one; it is about a chef with bananas on his ears, with the punchline being that the chef can't hear because of the bananas. The heroes all make bored glares at him, which he then tells them he despises them. The butlers appear as Matthews tells Larry Tony went missing, so he tells Rippen and the heroes to go find him and that whoever finds Tony will be given a 25 dollar gift card to his gift shop. Penn asks Rippen if he is afraid of competition, which Rippen tells him he welcomes it.
At the space world, Phyllis and Phil fly towards an asteroid ripped in two halves, flying through its pink stalactites. Phyllis shoots a laser as Phil dodges it, which he tells her she missed, but she tells him she wasn't aiming at him, but, instead, at a pink stalactite, causing it to crumble and fall above Phil.
At Larry Manor, Penn pushes Boone and Sashi as he tells them that they have to find Tony before Rippen does, but Sashi tells him that isn't a mission, as the fate of the world doesn't depend on it, but Penn tells her the fate of their bragging rights does as he asks them to follow him in his task. While searching, he goes inside a room where he almost falls into a pit with snakes below. Boone points out there are bats on the ceiling as they all fly towards the heroes, so they escape and close the door before the bats reach them. Sashi then points to an arcade room, saying it is a sign they should stop looking for Tony, so she and Boone go to the arcade room, leaving Penn alone, so he decides to search for Tony on his own. As Rippen and Larry walk through the hallway, they encounter the place Tony ate his first peanut, located next to the plant that produced it. Larry then shows Rippen the man who gave him the peanut plant's seed, turning out to be Old Man Middleburg. Larry starts crying as he hugs Rippen, who then goes away in search of Tony.
Penn is wandering through the safari park before he encounters Fredricks, who tells him Matthews is behind Tony's disappearance, so he brings Penn to Tony, but Rippen appears and engulfs the two inside a carnivorous plant. Rippen goes to the butlers' room as Matthews ask him what is he doing here, which he then shows her Tony, who was inside a closet. Matthews says she didn't put Tony there as Larry calls her out for what she supposedly did.
Inside the carnivorous plant, Penn tells Fredricks they have to get out of the carnivorous plant and save Tony, but Fredricks tells him Tony is safe and that he should worry about him and himself. Penn asks Fredricks how does he know about Tony being safe, which Fredricks tells him it was just wishful thinking as he cleans his sweat with Tony's beanie. Penn sees Tony's beanie and takes it; Fredricks admits that he hid Tony and blamed Matthews because she was promoted over him. Penn uses the can of stinky, dead fishes Boone gave him to disgust the carnivorous plant, spitting them out.
Matthews is tied to a chair by Sashi as she tells them she didn't hide Tony before Penn and Fredricks appear, saying she is innocent and that he hid Tony. Rippen shows them where he found Tony, but he sees Tony isn't there. Penn and Fredricks see Tony going inside the room with snakes and bats as he falls down the snake pit, so Penn and Rippen fall down the pit to save Tony as he flees away from them. Rippen catches Tony first, but he is ambushed by the bats, dropping Tony, allowing Penn to pick him up. However, he sees Rippen crying about how close he was to catch him as Penn remembers Fredricks quoting him about how it hurts to be constantly outdone, so he intentionally gets himself ambushed by the bats, so he can give Tony to Rippen and make him win.
At the space world, Phil is tied to a rocket as it flies towards the sun, with Phyllis wishing him good luck before she and Phil zap back.
At the gift shop, Rippen celebrates because he won as the heroes stare at him, with Sashi telling Penn they will get Rippen next time. Fredricks apologizes to Matthews for what he did to Tony and tells her he is going to pack his things up, but Matthews tells him he gets to move to his new room. Fredricks gets excited as he hugs Matthew, who carries him like a baby and sings a nursery rhyme to him. Meanwhile, Larry gets a lottery ticket and announces he won again, ending the episode.
