Laura Ashley Bell Bundy is an American actress and singer. For Disney, she played Susan Wilks in The Adventures of Huck Finn, Tracy Okahatchee in Liv and Maddie, Courtney Aspinall in the 1993 Touchstone Pictures film Life with Mikey, Shauna in the ABC TV show Malibu Country, and Sharon in Home Improvement. She also played Jane Porter in a 2004 workshop of the stage adaptation of Tarzan.
Bundy was born in Euclid, Ohio, and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. She took dance lessons at Town and Village School of Dance and appeared in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City. Finding success on stage, she landed the lead role in Ruthless!. She would go on to appear in stage productions such as Hairspray, Legally Blonde, The Sound of Music, Gypsy, Wicked, Rock of Ages, Sweet Charity, and The Cottage.
She also appeared on screen with films, such as Jumanji, Surf School, Dreamgirls, Pure Country: Pure Heart, and Snow Day. Her television credits include Guiding Light, Veronica Mars, Cold Case, How I Met Your Mother, Hart of Dixie, Royal Pains, Anger Management, Scream Queens, Fuller House, and The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder.
Outside of acting, she pursued a career in Country music, releasing six albums, and she also began directing theater productions, music videos and comedy sketches.
