Leet Brannis was a former Leviathan member in Agent Carter. He was sent by Leviathan to steal some weapons created by Howard Stark, however he decided to betray them and thus keep the weapons to sell on his own. He is portrayed by James Frain.

Brannis went to La Martinique to meet Spider Raymond and also to sell the Nitramene's formula. During the meeting Raymond was very uncomfortable due to Brannis did not said a single word. Later, Brannis was chased by Peggy Carter after she saw him taking a Nitramene bomb. When Carter corners him, he throws the Nitramene on the ground and warns her that Leviathan is coming. Then he escapes into a truck filled with Nitramene.
Days later, the man in the green suit began a manhunt for Brannis. Eventually, he discovers where Brannis would go. However, Carter finds him first. When he is disarmed by Jarvis, Brannis asks Carter for protection, Carter wanted information about Leviathan.
While the trio took the truck to Manhattan were intercepted by the man in the green suit. This led to a fight between Carter and Green Suit. During the fight Brannis is accidentally injured in the shoulder. As he was dying, Brannis drew a picture on the ground where Howard Stark's weapons were located.
