Lena is a minor character in the Disney•Pixar animated series Win or Lose. She is a barista who Frank had a crush on.

Physical appearance[]
Lena is a pale-skinned young woman with green and black hair and emerald green eyes. She wears a grayish-black short-sleeved shirt, a black beanie and a black earpiece on her left ear. For some reason, she has no nose, her eyes are quite close together and her mouth is very small.
Personality[]
Lena is quite a good-natured individual, showing a great deal of empathy toward others. That being said, she can be rather oblivious to how she can embarrass others, like telling the rest of her customers to not ridicule Frank, not understanding how uncomfortable Frank is feeling. In a parody of a stereotypical Starbucks barista, she seems to have a tendency to misread and mispronounce names, such as when she mispronounced "Sean" as "Seen".
Trivia[]
- Unusual for her design, she lacks a nose. While there is an actual condition for being born without one, this is unlikely as the art style for the series tends to play around with features. For comparison's sake, Zane also lacks a nose.
- She apparently has an interest in being a screenwriter as she mentions when having drank so much coffee that she suddenly had five ideas for screenplays, or that might've just been because of the amount of coffee she drank.
