Leo is a 6-year-old boy, leader of the Little Einsteins and the big brother of Annie. He is voiced by Jesse Schwartz. His name was given after the constellation "Leo", a Latin term for Lion.

Leo is small and slender with green eyes and wears green glasses, a black shirt with an orange stripe, orange shorts and black/white sneakers.

Leo's friends are Annie, June, Quincy, Rocket and his music pet, Melody.

Leo appeared as a puppet at Disney Junior Live on Stage! in Hollywood Studios. He also met guest at Walt Disney World.
