Lewis' Journal is a composition book in which Lewis keeps his ideas. It seems he kept recording ideas in the book. Lewis also kept the drawing of himself and his mother in it. When his Memory Scanner "fails" at the science fair, he starts to destroy his journal by ripping out pages. Thankfully, Wilbur repairs the journal and Lewis is seen using the journal once again at the end of movie.
