Libby is a tall, skinny, tan skinned girl with brown eyes and wood brown hair that is long and slightly messy.
Her clothes consist of a teal green sweater and olive green pants that are ripped at the knee. She wears big black boots with straps on them.
As her name implies, she is of Jewish-Argentinian heritage (Argentinian part confirmed by Bill Motz on Discord).
Libby's surnames represent her Jewish heritage. Stein is a traditional German and Ashkenazi Jewish surname, representing her German-Jewish roots as well; Torres is a Catalan, Spanish, and Portuguese surname with Sephardic Jewish origins, being a common surname in Hispanic Jewish families (in turn referring to her Latin-Jewish heritage).
Libby is like The Ghost & Molly McGee equivalent of Marcy Wu from Amphibia. Like Marcy Wu, Libby has a thing for books.
Libby claims that she's a terrible singer (though she wasn't even aware of it officially until Molly finally told her the truth about it), yet she writes her own lyrics which convert rather smoothly into beat poetry.
In Scary Holiday Song, Molly gives Libby a cat for Hanukkah, however, it's unknown if this is canon or not.
While Libby's Latin American-heritage is Argentinian, Isabella's Latin American-heritage is Mexican.
She's a doomsday prepper.
As wraith form, she and Darryl both have green ectoplasm. However, unlike Darryl, whose color was brightened by Molly's golden joy energy due to their sibling bond, Libby's ectoplasm is a darker shade of green. The out-of-universe reason is likely because green is associated with Libby as a character due to her sweater and her love of turtles.
She gets her first period in "A Period Piece", before Molly (who still hadn't started her period) but after Andrea (who had gotten her first period three months prior to the events of that episode).
