"License to Parent" is the eighth episode of season three of the family sitcom Dinosaurs. It is the 37th episode overall.

Plot

Earl loses his parenting license after getting so many tickets from Officer Bettelheim. Until he retakes the parenthood test, he is unable to parent for a month. Fran's license gets revoked as well when she is also labeled a bad parent. In the end, Fran and Earl realize that true parenthood comes from the heart.
