"License to Twirl" is the second segment of the twenty-second episode of Special Agent Oso. It premiered on May 16, 2009 alongside "The Girl Who Cheered Me".

Plot

Oso is in training to sail Wolfie's boat until he reaches a submarine out at sea. He tries remembering how to lower the anchor and keep the boat from floating away when he receives a special assignment after a rainstorm rocks the boat, causing him to slide along the deck. Oso teaches a girl named Ava how to twirl a hoop-a-loop before her sister and her friends comes for the party.

Trivia

• The hoop-a-loop is similar to the popular fad, the hula hoop.
• The episode's title is a reference to the James Bond film License to Kill.
