"Light of My Day" is a song featured in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. It is performed by Taura Stinson and appears in the episode "OMG Issue #2". The song plays during Mimi's flashback to when she first met Pops Lafayette, moving in with him, getting married, having James, seeing his wedding to Adria, and the birth of her granddaughter Lunella. The sequence happens after Lunella reminds her of the real reason why she came to rescue her from Maris Morlak.
A second version titled Light of My Day (Raphael Saadiq Version) is also included on the album. It is also the only song on the album that is not heard within the show itself.
