In the prologue, Chip and Dale's teacher bears a resemblance to Clarabelle Cow.
Horace Horsecollar is seen in a fictional black-and-white film titled "The Krispy Cow" while Chip and Dale watch television. The show is actually a clip from The Abbott and Costello Show
Flounder, Prince Eric's castle (appears in the opening sequence of the film), and bootleg versions of Ariel, Prince Eric, Ursula, and King Triton (on a DVD cover) called "The Small Fish Lady" from The Little Mermaid. Flounder even utters "Isn't it neat?", which references the lyric from Ariel's song "Part of Your World". When Flounder tries to bribe Jimmy and Bob to not get captured into a bootleg, he uses a dinglehopper.
Lumiere, a woman at the Fan Con cosplays as Belle and bootleg versions of Belle, the Beast, Mrs. Potts, and Cogsworth (on a DVD cover) called "Beauty and the Cursed Dog Man" from Beauty and the Beast. Also, a man that is seen selling bread to people is inspired by those from the film as well, and even Lumiere says "Be my guest" to Bob the Dwarf, which is a reference to the Academy Award nominated song "Be Our Guest".
Peg-Leg Pete (seen in a bootleg Aladdin set flying on a replicant magic carpet in Prince Ali's outfit and a peg leg of his own is seen in a plastic bag)
Goofy and Max Goof (Goof Troop versions) (seen on a billboard during the end credits). Goofy also appeared in a bootleg version (on a discussion paper), possibly his version from A Goofy Movie
Timon and Pumbaa from The Lion King are also seen on a billboard during end credits. And lastly, the CGI-animated Pumbaa from the 2019 remake of The Lion King makes a cameo while making fun of Bob's dead eyes.

Bigfoot's head, arms and legs on Fred Flintstone's outfit, and a dog girl bearing a resemblance to Roxanne is sitting on a staircase at Chip and Dale's school, from A Goofy Movie
