The season 2 version of the theme song has the following changes:

• Most of the locations change.
• The clapping in the intro.
• In the beginning, the Little Einsteins arrive in the boxes (Green, Purple, Blue, and Yellow) more quickly.
• While traveling one of the places, the Little Einsteins look at the audience and clap.
• Leo passes by while conducting.
• Annie passes by while singing into her microphone.
• Quincy plays the drum instead of a trumpet.
• Annie's clothes change color.
