Lobster Mobster and Da Shrimp are recurring antagonists from The Little Mermaid television series. They are bumbling con-artists, who constantly antagonize Ariel and her friends.
Role in the series[]
Their first appearance was in the episode "Urchin". Here, they meet an orphaned merboy named Urchin and swindle him into working for them, pretending to be his friends, which is something he greatly desires. Eventually, Urchin meets Ariel, who convinces him that Lobster Mobster and Da Shrimp are not his allies and are just using him.
They appeared again in "Double Bubble", where they kidnap a troublesome pair of baby mertwins that Ariel babysat to gain their mother’s pearl necklace.
The duo also appeared in the episode "Thingamajigger".
