Plot[]
Doc and her dad are having a bicycle race, and Doc can't wait to see her mom get her Doctor of the Year award tonight at the ceremony. The race continues, but Lambie falls off when Doc's wagon hits rocks. Chilly tries to warn Doc to no avail. Mr. McStuffins decides for him and Doc to go a few more blocks, and Lambie states it's really bad. Doc and her dad then arrive home to get ready for Mom's big day. Doc will be ready just as the toys tell her that Lambie fell out of the wagon. Stuffy shows everyone how it happened. He states she was by some trees and bushes. The toys wanted to tell Doc sooner, but they had to stay stuffed.
However, Doc and her toys can't go by themselves. Also, Dad left and Mom is on the phone with a patient. Doc tries to call Lambie to no avail. Meanwhile, Lambie is waiting on the sidewalk when she sees someone coming, so she goes stuffed. The person takes her to the arcade and inside a box. Lambie sees she's in the lost and found, and everyone thinks she's a lost toy. She tries to call Doc to no avail, as she broke her Toysponder when she fell. This means Lambie and Doc won't find each other, meaning Lambie is lost. She then gets mistakenly transported to Lost and Found Land, and states she is one lost lamb. Another toy comes, and she is lost, as well. She introduces herself as Topsy-Tillie, and introduces the land to Hallie. Lambie has never heard of it because she was never truly lost. Topsy-Tillie tells the other toys that there is a new lost toy and the new lost toy procedures begin.
A mouse cuddles Lambie, as she is a good hugger. A kangaroo gives Lambie a quilt, and Lambie thinks it's cozy. Those toys are everyone who ended up in the lost and found. Remzee, Nanny, Ol' Doc Hopper, and everyone else know how it feels. The Turnip Tops introduce themselves and state they're lost, as well. Lambie introduces herself, and states she is loved. She tries to mention how she got lost when the other toys explain how they got lost in their own way. They all miss their respective kids, and sing about how they used to like being with them before being transported to Lost and Found Land. Lambie tells Topsy-Tillie that she won't be lost forever, no matter how long she's been there, and that her kids are out there looking for her, but Topsy-Tillie states that they are the toys kids have stopped looking for, which is why they're in Lost and Found Land. They're also sorry Lambie is here, as well. Lambie will eventually get used to it. The toys have made Lost and Found Land their home, and it's Lambie's home now, as well. Lambie states that Doc will eventually come back for her, but that's what the toys all thought once, but their kids never came, as once the toys are in Lost and Found Land, they're lost for good. Lambie panics but realizes she has her Toysponder if it works again. One of the toys fixes the jammed button and borrows a turnip's mustache to get the Toysponder back to normal.
Lambie tries to call Doc to no avail, so she needs a stronger signal. The other toys will help her find Doc, and Topsy-Tillie leads Lambie to Macaroni Mountain. Lambie likes the sight, and tries to call Doc again. Meanwhile in the playhouse clinic, Stuffy is wondering where Lambie fell when Doc gets a signal from Lambie. Doc apologizes, as she didn't know Lambie fell. Lambie tells Doc that she is in Macaroni Mountain in Lost and Found Land. Doc and her toys will find it and Lambie, and she uses the signal from her Toysponder to transport them to Lost and Found Land.
Lambie soon finds them, and the team is reunited again. The other toys are impressed, and Lambie introduces everyone to the toys of Lost and Found Land. The toys introduce themselves, as well. Doc introduces herself and her team, who have helped lost toys get back home before, as they have a database to help toys find their kids. Although the toys have been lost for a long time, Lambie states that if she found her friends, the other toys can, too. Topsy-Tillie states it's worth a try, and mentions McStuffinsville as absolutely magical. The toys agree to do the task. There is a toy box, and everyone uses it to go to the town.
Once there, Topsy-Tillie states that she's never been there, but she feels less lost already. Before the toys go back to their kids, Doc gives them checkups to make sure they're healthy and ready to go home. They are all looking great, but the only diagnosis for the toys is lost-toy-itis, which Hallie puts in The Big Book of Boo-Boos. Doc and her toys will make it all better by helping the lost toys find their kids. Robot Ray checks the database to find the toys' kids. They are excited to finally be going home. However, a mouse states that she doesn't have a tag, which is needed to find the toys' kids in the lost toy database. None of the toys have tags, as they loved their kids so much they didn't want to be reminded of them. Chilly states that every toy needs a tag. Stuffy decides to push a button but it flings him into the air and Topsy-Tillie's button falls loose.
Doc decides to fix the button and come up with another way to find the toys' kids when Robot Ray has a hurt toy alert: Commander Crush is stuck in a tree, and Donny is stuck in a tree. Doc finally realizes Mom's ceremony and gets ready. She apologizes to everyone, and they leave. Doc tells the toys why she is leaving, and she will be back. She has never given up on a toy, and tells Topsy-Tillie that everything will be fine.
After Doc transports herself back home, Stuffy is practicing his juggling skills when the toys' Toysponders sound. As the toys leave, the lost toys wonder when Doc will return, as she promised. They stated that their kids promised to come back for them, but they never did. The lost toys decide to never put themselves through it again, and decide to return to Lost and Found Land. However, Topsy-Tillie states that Doc seems different and McStuffinsville is a terrific place for a toy who has a tag with their kid's name on it. With no tags, they will never return to their kids, and Topsy-Tilly states they don't belong here. They then use the box to return to Lost and Found Land. Topsy-Tilly tells Robot Ray to tell Doc to thank him for everything.
Meanwhile, the McStuffins family is proud of Mom for her speech. They decide to give the baby a bath. Doc tells Grandma that she has some patients waiting for her, and Grandma notices it. As Doc leaves, Grandma notices a missing button. As Doc returns to McStuffinsville, Lambie says the lost toys are gone. Robot Ray, Stuffy, and Chilly explain everything. Hallie assumes they've been left behind one too many times. Doc and her toys decide to help them by going back to Lost and Found Land.
Once there, Topsy-Tillie is delighted to see them again, and explains that she has been dreaming about her kid for years. She remembers what she looks like, and thought one day, she would get one of those hugs again, but no matter how much the lost toys dream, they'll never find their kids, as without their tags, it's impossible. Doc and her toys will find the tags, no matter how long it takes. They search in every corner of Lost and Found Land, but Topsy-Tillie states it hurts too much to believe again, as the toys' tags are lost for good, just like them.
As a toy sews, Chilly's scarf gets caught and stitched. Doc is about to free Chilly when she notices tags that read who the toys belong to. Doc notices the tags must have accidentally been sewn into Nanny's quilt. The other toys arrive and thank Doc for finding a way. Doc never gives up on a toy, no matter what. This means the lost toys are going home. Back in McStuffinsville, the toys head into a box to return to their respective kids. During this, Doc and her toys mention that the love between toys and kids is strong and home is where they'll never be alone. Finally, Remzee is ready to go home, although she will miss Topsy-Tillie, who will go home right after her. Topsy-Tillie decides not to go home because she never had a tag, at least not one Doc could read, as it rubbed off a long time ago. Doc tells Topsy-Tillie that she can stay with the team, as it could be her home. Topsy-Tillie loves it, as there's something about it that reminds her of home.
Grandma then arrives with the button and questions where Doc got it, as she's only seen a button like that once on her absolute favorite doll when she was a little girl, and lost her a long time ago. Topsy-Tillie notices that's her button and she had a little girl once. She and Lois are reunited once more, and are delighted to see each other again. Lois never stopped looking for her and never forgot her. The same went for Topsy-Tillie, and she and Lois feel better. Topsy-Tillie knows what it's like to be found, and Doc knew there was something special about her, and now she knows why: she's family. Doc states that from now on, Topsy-Tillie will join the team and run the lost and found in McStuffinsville. That way, no toy can ever be lost again. Topsy-Tillie states she found more than a perfect job, as she found her family. Lois thanks Doc for all her work, and Doc states that it's anything for a kid and their toy.

Goofs[]
- When Lambie fell off the wagon, she was transported to Lost and Found Land, but in "A Dragon's Best Friend", Squibbles was a lost toy before Stuffy found him, but he wasn't transported there.
- The same thing happened with Melinda, Wildlife Will, and Stanley in their first appearances.
- Remzee says his kid's name is Henry but upon closer look, the kid is actually Jacob from "Don't Knock the Noggin".
- He could've changed his name at one point, or Jacob and Henry could be identical twins. However, the crew behind the show like to use already existing characters as unknown characters during the final two seasons of the show, like how they used Luca and Suki in "Lambie and the McStuffins Babies".
