Lucy Morgan is a supporting character in the Disney Channel series Hailey's On It! She is Hailey Banks and Scott Denoga's clumsy and accident-prone friend.

Personality[]
Lucy is a usually happy person, until some misfortune befalls her. When this happens, Lucy becomes a nervous wreck and tends to act overly cautious around things. While she tries to be optimistic, especially around Hailey or Kristine Sanchez, she always falls back into being a downer and panics at the first sign of trouble. Nevertheless, she is a team player and is usually supportive of those around her and is always willing to join in with others when invited.
Physical appearance[]
Lucy is a short Egyptian-American girl with a broad appearance, short curly hair and a mole on her chin. Her usual attire is that of pink round glasses, gold earrings, tight pink sleeveless shirt, black shorts, purple leggings, and black-grey shoes.
History[]
When Kristine Sanchez had her quinceañera, Lucy attended and dance with another girl.
When Hailey Banks joined the cheer squad, she inadvertently spilled her marbles and caused Lucy to break both her arms, get a flute stuck in her nose, and get struck by lightning. She does not hold a grudge against Hailey watches from the sidelines as Hailey performs the Flying Swordfish. After Hailey quickly recovers from the fall,
When Hailey hosts a party, Lucy and the other guests are unimpressed until Genesis arrives and suggests they play a game for an older audience. When she is asked who she would kick out of a life boat first, she reluctantly says Jonathan. Despite her hatred for the game, she keeps going believing everyone else is enjoying the game. After Hailey refuses to kiss Scott, Lucy boos her and reveals she hates the game along with everyone else when Hailey and Genesis say they do not like it and enjoy the party as Hailey intended.
When Hailey was hosting a slumber party, Lucy, along with Kennedy and Becker, attended. After Kennedy falls asleep, the girls fail to prank her and instead focus on pranking Scott. After successfully scaring him with a fake werewolf head. The three then decide to craft bomb A.C.'s jet ski that he planned to ride in a water show, but as they leave the trailer comes loose and they run after it and fail to stop it from rolling off a cliff, watching as it crashes and explodes and swearing to take the secret to their graves. The three stay up until sunrise and are jumpy at school the following day. After A.C. reveals his jet ski is missing, Kennedy looks into it and the girls fear their secret will be exposed as Hailey finds giant googly eyes in her locker and on her mailbox. When Scott tells them they found the jet ski, they go to the spot and learn the authorities have placed blame on Tina as they found the crafting supplies belonging to her. As Tina begs for help. Hailey comes clean as Becker tries to pin the whole thing on Hailey and Lucy. Just then, Kennedy reveals that A.C. was the true culprit and that he was too short to operate a jet ski and was not registered in the water show and got ride of it to hide his lies.
When Bill Board buy Deli Rubs and offers to name a sandwich after whoever stays on a giant sandwich the longest, she takes part and makes it to the top five before falling off.
When Robert Vandertrache agrees to donate to the school environmental club, Lucy is excited along with the other club members, but lies about caring for a sick grandmother when someone is needed to give a speech. The task falls on Hailey.
When Lucy wins student of the week, she trips down the stairs and is told she failed her math test and her home rolled into the ocean before being sent to the school nurse.
After Hailey trips when inline to meet Kelci Fyre, Lucy is excited that someone else had bad luck before she is carried off by an eagle.

- Lucy, in some ways, is similar to Milo Murphy from Milo Murphy's Law in that she is a jinx. However, unlike Milo, most of the bad things happen directly to her, rather than around her, and is more nervous than upbeat about it.
