Lucybelle Bartlett is a white cat in The Cat from Outer Space. She's Liz's pet cat who serves as Jake's girlfriend.
Biography[]
Lucybelle is a white Persian Cat owned by Liz Bartlett, the Neighbor of Frank Wilson. Frank was telling Jake about Lucybelle earlier, later while the two were headed to the Military Hangar that Jake's Ship was being held, Liz appeared with Lucybelle. Jake sniff her and began falling with her, as Liz thought the two should get to know each other while they were at Dinner. Frank, have forgotten had to come with something, so Jake fake being sick and Frank was gone to take him to the Vet, so they decided to do a Picnic. The next day, Liz should with Lucybelle and they were supposed to go on a Picnic with Jake and Frank, so Jake cotinue pretending to be sick and Liz went to go a doctor.
Jake then crawl to Lucybelle and the two started licking each other, which distracted Jake from helping Frank and Link while watching a football game. Later, after Jake, Frank, Link, and Liz finally got the money to buy the gold, Jake was then spending time with Lucybelle before reducing the gold to the size he needs it to be, he then says goodbye to her as Frank tells Jake to the military base. However, after Jake and Frank left, Charlie Olympus, Mr. Stallwood and their men show up and kidnap her, Liz, and Link and demanded Jake's cover. Olympus and Stallwood released Link to give Frank and Jake a message while Liz and Lucybelle were being held captive.

- Even though Lucybelle is Liz's cat, Sandy Duncan is allergic to cats in real life.
- During the helicopter where Frank and Jake are rescuing both Lucybelle and Liz, a stuff cat was used in some scenes.
