Luis Guzmán is a Puerto Rican actor. For Disney, he voiced Chucho in Beverly Hills Chihuahua and President Council Diego Peña in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He also played the role of Jacopo in the 2002 Touchstone Pictures film The Count of Monte Cristo and Child Proofer Nick (uncredited) in Old Dogs. Additionally, he played Jessie Salander in the CBS/ABC Studios TV show Code Black and Detective Martinez in Guilty as Sin.

Guzmán was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico and was raised in New York City's Greenwich Village. He went to Seward Park High School on the Lower East Side and graduated from The American University. He began a career as a social worker and moonlighted as an actor, eventually becoming heavily involved in street theater and independent films.

Guzmán soon appeared in films such as Crocodile Dundee II, The Hard Way, Carlito's Way, Boogie Nights, The Limey, Out of Sight, The Bone Collector, Magnolia, Traffic, Punch-Drunk Love, We're the Millers, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, The Taking of Pelham 123 (2009), Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Turbo, Keanu, and 9/11. Also appearing in television, Guzmán's credits include The Equalizer, Miami Vice, Law & Order, Homicide: Life on the Street, NYPD Blue, New York Undercover, Frasier, Community, Shameless, Hightown, and Wednesday.
