Mae Margaret Whitman is an American actress, voice actress, and singer. She is well known for voicing Katara in the Nickelodeon animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender and April O' Neil in the 2012 series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. She also had several roles in TV, such as Ann Veal on the Fox sitcom Arrested Development and Amber Holt on the NBC drama Parenthood. She even played Bianca Piper in the 2015 comedy The Duff.
Whitman has has taken on several roles for Disney, most notably Tinker Bell in the CGI film series of the same name. She also voiced Shanti in the 2003 animated sequel The Jungle Book 2.
She is also the daughter of voice actress Pat Musick and Jeff Whitman.
