Dr. Maris Morlak is a Marvel Comics character that appears as the main antagonist in the Disney Channel series, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He is the leader of the Enclave, who shares history with Mimi Lafayette, the original Moon Girl.

Maris Morlak made his debut in "Skip This Ad...olescence", where he made a cameo when Skipster causes Moon Girl to be sent to various points in the time.
Morlak made a full appearance in "OMG Issue 1", as the main antagonist. First seen in a flashback, when the original Moon Girl destroys the original version of the portal generator, knocking Morlak to the ground. When Moon Girl was looking for the captured agents at S.H.I.E.L.D. to interrogate them, Morlak arrived and broke them out. Morlak then went to Roll With It and is attended by Lunella, who after realizing he a tattoo of the Enclave on his wrist, rushed to her lab. Later, Mimi then reveals that Morlak and her, were scientists for the Enclave and developed the portal generator. Their superiors attempted to edge them out of their own creation, but Morlak activated it, causing an otherworldly creature to come and kill everyone, sans Morlak and Mimi. Morlak lost his sanity, forcing Mimi to flee. Later, Morlak and the Enclave agents break into Moon Girl's lab looking for her generator. Morlak and the Enclave agents then confront Lunella and she and Devil Dinosaur fight them while Mimi protects the rest of the Lafayettes who remain blissfully unaware. Devil is severely beaten and is ordered by Lunella to destroy the generator before collapsing, while Mimi was overpowered by agents of the Enclave. Morlak captures both Lunella and Mimi before planting a bomb in the lab.
In "OMG Issue 2", Morlak takes Mimi to the North Brother Island, where he forces her to create a new generator. Mimi attempts to speak to Morlak's better side, but he ignores her, telling her that he is tired of being overlooked. Moon Girl then arrives to save Mimi, but Morlak returns and opens the portal, bringing three giant monsters inside that he can control using a whistle. Lunella, Mimi, and later, Casey Calderon and Devil all team up to battle the monsters and send them back through three separate portals. Morlak is angered over being defeated and attempts to override the machine, refusing to give up. The portal ends up opening and sucking everything in, including himself. Mimi attempts to rescue Morlak, but he is sucked away.

- In the comics, Dr. Maris Morlak was once a brilliant nuclear physicist from Lithuania who joined other scientists of similar skill levels and goals in forming The Enclave, an organization dedicated to the creation of life itself in hopes of creating a better Earth. Their most notable creation is that of "Him", better known as Adam Warlock.
- Morlak is Wesley Snipes' first animated character.
