Mark Anthony Mangini is an American sound engineer, whose six decade career lead him to work on several Disney projects, such as Aladdin (Oscar Nominated) and The Lion King. He also worked on Touchstone Pictures' Three Men and a Baby and Phenomenon as well as the Disney dub for Studio Ghibli's The Cat Returns.
Mangini began his sound engineering career at Hanna-Barbara where he worked on Super Friends, The New Fred and Barney Show, and some television movies. He eventually entered the world of Hollywood working as an ADR editor for Star Trek: The Motion Picture.
He has since contributed to Escape from New York, Poltergeist (1984), Star Trek: The Voyage Home, Gremlins and Gremlins 2: The New Batch, Sex, Lies, and Videotape, Innerspace, The 'Burbs, The Land Before Time, All Dogs go to Heaven, Die Hard with a Vengeance, The Fifth Element, Robocop 2, Son of the Pink Panther, Fluke, Beauty Shop, Space Jam, The Green Mile, Blade Runner 2049, and A Christmas Story Christmas. He would win two Academy Awards for Mad Max: Fury Road and Dune.
