Maximillian Drake "Max" Thieriot is an American actor. He is known for his roles, such as Bode Leone in the CBS drama series Fire Country (of which he is a co-creator, writer, and executive producer), Ned Nickerson in the 2007 mystery comedy Nancy Drew, Dylan Massett in the A&E TV drama series Bates Motel, and Clay Spencer in CBS' SEAL Team.
For Disney, he played Seth Plummer in the 2005 film The Pacifier.
