Maxime Gerard is a character featured in the 2023 film A Haunting in Venice, based on the 1969 novel Hallowe'en Party by Agatha Christie. He is portrayed by American actor Kyle Allen.

Maxime Gerard is a talented chef from Manhattan who was formerly betrothed to Alicia Drake before leaving her in pursuit of money. He is a brash opportunist who is an unwelcome guest at the party, attending thanks to an anonymous invite. Rowena blames Maxime's abandonment for Alicia's death and he blames her mother for the collapse of their relationship. Both have little love for one another and are happy to disparage the other at any given opportunity. Maxime's suspicious behavior makes him a prime suspect in Alicia's suspicious death and the murders of the guests.

- Maxime Gerard is most likely loosely inspired by Michael Garfield from the original book. He was a narcissistic landscape gardener and lover of Rowena Drake who had an ideal future planned for himself. He was also revealed to have committed the murders before Joyce Reynolds and planned to "sacrifice" Miranda Butler due to her indirect knowledge of the murders. He ultimately kills himself when he is found out.
