Maxwell Davenport is a minor character who appears in the Disney Channel animated series The Ghost and Molly McGee. He is the CEO of Davenport's, a department store chain.

Maxwell is the overly confident and opportunistic department store mogul living in Brighton. He is shown to be rather superficial and attempts to hold himself and his family up to a certain standard. While he can be antagonistic, it is apparent that he is not trying to be mean or cruel and is simply ignorant to the needs of others around him. While he can be somewhat dismissive of his daughter, who at times displays similar traits to him, he does care for her and will try and turn himself around to attend to her when necessary.

Maxwell is a man of average height with grey eyes, short brown hair, and greying temples. He wears a navy blue button up shirt and grey blazer, a belt buckle, beige colored pants, dark blue socks, and brown shoes.

- Maxwell's surname is taken from Davenport, Iowa, which is where producer Britta Reitman grew up.[1]
- A deleted scene in "Saving Christmas" reveals that he has a business partner.[2]
