Meg is a minor character in the 2015 Disney•Pixar animated feature film Inside Out. She is Riley Andersen's old best friend from Minnesota.
Role in the film[]
When Riley and her parents move to San Francisco, they part their ways in a tearful goodbye. A few days later, they start video chatting and Meg reveals that she has found a brand new friend she made who she continuously talks endlessly about, much to Anger's frustration. Riley becomes fed up and hangs up on her, ending her friendship with her. Meg is not seen again afterwards.

- Riley befriending Meg was the core memory that formed her Island of Personality: Friendship Island.
- Meg's emotions are never shown in the film.
- It is unknown if Riley made amends with Meg and became friends again, but it's more likely not because in Inside Out 2, Riley has new friends that she hangs out with (Bree Young and Grace Hsieh).
