  • Why did you undo recent edits on the King and Queen of Avalor pages?

      Loading editor
    • Sorry, that was by accident. I was looking at history of these pages and accidentally edited their previous (actually first, I think) versions.

    • So I was looking at previous versions and I thought they were current ones.

  • Hi.

I might as well ask this question, now that we know Gaston's in the Beast's Castle world in Kingdom Hearts Chi.

Did Beast get cured of his curse like in the original film, or did his turning back into a human being get undone for some reason? I'm asking because chronologically, Kingdom Hearts Chi takes place eons before Kingdom Hearts, not to mention Kingdom Hearts II, the last of which has Beast breaking the spell, yet it seems odd that Beast is still a Beast in this game, not to mention Gaston not even being involved in the events of Kingdom Hearts II at all. Though I must admit, I'm surprised Square Enix and/or Disney didn't get a huge lawsuit from Nintendo for ripping off Zelda's Phantom Ganon with the Malicious Reindeer boss.

For a more minor point, what on earth happened to Belle's village? I hope to God that Gaston didn't somehow turn them all into Heartless, as even for him, that's just LOW.

    • Don't mean to interrupt, but Chi isn't actually canon; it's just an interpretation of the Keyblade Wars. In other words, all this stuff might have happened, but were changed with some things taken out and some others put in, and it's implied to all just be a dream.

You can ignore me now and continue your discussion.

Hey, I know it's not canon to the original film or its expanded universe, I'm just talking within the Kingdom Hearts Timeline, that's all.

    • Like SilverFlight wrote, it is implied in game to be a dream (or maybe something recreated from the Book of Prophecies, I'm not sure, either way not real). Events in Dwarf Woodlands also happen alternatively to those in Birth by Sleep. Yes, Beast's curse was broken (although unlike in the film the castle doesn't look any different, except you can't go to the West Wing and its corridor; we also don't see the servants after the scene of Beast's transformation; I guess the creators didn't want to make their new models). Nothing is mentions of the villagers, nor we see the village, but I doubt they have anything to do with the Heartless marching on the castle; they were probably attracted to Gaston's darkness. By the way, there's walkthrough on YouTube with English text.

  • Hi.

Can you supply proof that Maurice, the Black Forest, and the Library were in Kingdom Hears chi? It's not that I don't believe you, but I need the proof for KHWiki, you see.

    • Sorry, I didn't record my walkthrough and didn't find anyone else's of the last story update yet. I don't know which Kingdom Hearts Wiki you're referring to, but on www.khwiki.com Maurice already has a page and there's his sprite from the game. For the library, it's partially visible on one of the images on KHchi's page (kingdomhearts.jp), though it may be hard to recognise. I'll let you know when I'll find a recorded walkthrough. It's OK if edits have to be reverted for a while.

    • I meant http://kingdomhearts.wikia.com. Thanks for the information, though. Hopefully if you do another walkthrough, you record it.

EDIT: I guess Gaston, the triplets, and the like aren't in chi, right? I must admit, though, chi seems to have some chronological issues. It was supposed to take place just before the Keyblade War, yet the scene with Belle and Maurice being saved by the player from rabid dogs would suggest that this took place late into Beauty and the Beast, despite 358/2 days and II strongly suggesting that they took place before Belle learned her dad needed help in the woods.

  • Your attention please, the original title for the episode Princesses to the Rescue did not include a exclamation mark, you caused a lot of confusion and bother for me so please do not rename it again.

    Thank You.
