I'm looking at the page history. I'll speak with the user privately, perhaps there is a common ground to be found here. Nobody needs to be reported. I'll get back to you. In the meantime, avoid escalating the situation. Thank you.
I found the culprit, Jpieper668 aka joe. He's an SJW and he's modifying pages to make them fit his agenda and narrative! He also put slanders and debunked things demonizing as much as possible! He has to be stopped and banned!
=Jpieper668 aka joe.
Hello. I'm messaging to let you know the reason behind your edit being reverted. I kept most of your edits on the page in-tact, since they are indeed helpful and enhance the quality of the page. However, your contribution to the Controversy section of the page is heavily opinionated. I inserted the section that I did so that the facts surrounding the controversy would be presented, without targeting anybody in particular.
Thank you for contributing to the Wiki. Hopefully you can accept the changes that have been made.
You know at the time of the release of Peter Pan the Native American community (despite the fact that the characters are native of Neverland) thanked Disney for being included finally in a great Hollywood and Disney production? This controversy began because of white (radical) hypocritical leftists and detractors and SJWs and Marxists in later and recent years! In fact Disney Company is now run by puritan SJWs, leftist liberals and Marxist revisionists who did bend the knee to these people and to Communists (first of all China). There's no discussion with SJWs, they shouldn't be allowed to be here to push and force agendas of any kind and insult and slander Walt Disney and his collaborators and artists. I don't intend to bow down to them, no one here should!
I still ask for the user in question to be banned or at least blocked indefinetely before does other damages! SJWs are not welcome here! They're not real fans or experts! I have had too many bad esperiences with them! Directly and indirectly! Verbally but also physically! They shouldn't be here! They're eternal Disney-haters and sworn enemies, radicals, slanderers, defamators, detractors and revisionists pro-censorship without any sense of context and respect for the fans, followers, experts and historians! This person has also written on the page that Marc Davis was a white man and for that "racist" and "misogynist", it's an unacceptable behaviour, must be banned, too dangerous!
We've never bothered providing them to people pages for years since they never received any major attention like the character pages. You're be better off just doing what you set yourself out to do. If you're going to expand those pages then get on with it. They won't expand on their own, and if users want to expand them they'll do it on their own terms.
This isn't "logic looping". I still stand by my earlier statment that the only way people will know a page isn't up to wiki standards is by placing a tag on it. I've been trying to expand the pages, but you have been removing any progress on the articles by deleting them, then you tell us to work from scratch to expand them or reverting the edits.
Neel Sethi is still a stub, so until you actually put in some extensive work I recommend using sandboxes before publishing. They are personal pages where you can experiment and have time to work on the page without worrying about any deletions or changes while editing. Move the contents of Neel Sethi to your sandbox.
Are you just going to ignore me now? I have given you an alternative to this matter, and I'll be happy to reconsider my deletion when you've made some progress which is better done in sandboxes. They are very useful and you can make as many of them and reuse them anyway you like.
Understand that I'm not a bad person once you get to know me. You have a lot of enthusiasm and potential that could be worth something if turned in the right direction. Like I said before you've got a long away to go before you understand how things are done here. You will find there are things you can and can't do, and because of your absence you're obviously going to disagreeable on some things. Example, you didn't know that its usually my department to consult on theme designs and you are unaware that the Wiki decided not to include Simpson topics.
I don't blame you for not knowing because you have an excuse, but I'm willing to give you a chance and guide you through over what you can and can't do. Given time you may earn my trust.
I've been thinking over your proposal about deleting episode pages. I'm not saying I agree or disagree, but I will take it into consideration. We must give the community a chance to salvage these episode pages which has been made possible. Encourage users and fans to expand the episode pages. They don't have to expand them all just as many as they can. Mostly encourage them to expand the ones they like. I will also be having a word with a few certain users who create episode pages but never shows any intention to keep on editing them.
Please leave the Disney logo as it is. Your design is better suited for the Mickey Mouse series wiki and does not match with the current theme design of this wiki and we're not going to change it anytime soon. Furthermore we're sticking with Mickey's original traditional iconic Sorcerer look, not the TV series look.
"With respect, I left this message on the administrators’ message walls for them to see and respond to. While I understand your desire to keep the wiki’s current theme, the current logo has inconsistent quality between the text and Sorcerer Mickey, and I was on chat recently when an administrator, in fact, expressed dismay about how the theme hasn’t been changed recently. That is why I am proposing my idea to the entire team of admins, and not asking any one to make a unilateral decision.
I do hear your opinion and respect it, but there are administrators that do not agree with you, and I think it should be their decision, not influenced by you. This thread was created to discuss directly with GrayWolf2, and I do not intend to argue. If you want to further discuss, please do so on the thread you started on my wall. Thank you."
You can't just come hear and expect to change things. The person you should be talking to is Me. I have five years experience with theme designing. I even created special ones to celebrate movie releases and holidays.
I work with the Admins and Staff and no theme design is carried out without my supervision. Whatever JeremyCreek told you is just an opinion, and we just had theme upgraded two years ago, and have another that's still in the developing stage by a friend of mine.
Don't take things for granted. I known these Admins a lot more than you do. With great respect that you've only been for 1 or 2 weeks after disappearing for 4 years, which makes you unfamiliar with how we do things around here.
Don't take whatever JeremyCreek says for granted. You don't know him the way I do. I've worked and interacted with the Admins for years, I know them pretty well. JeremyCreek for example can be a stubborn, argumentative, as well make ridiculous exaggerations, especially when it comes to Disney Afternoon topics. I know because I and all the other Admins have had issues with him in the past. He means well but sometimes problematic when it comes to his opinions and beliefs.
Hi, I understand your feelings on the issue. I don’t think it is fair of you to be discrediting administrators or making decisions on their behalf. I am asking the administrators for their opinion. With respect, that means theirs alone.
I do not mean to upset you, and I hope to work with you in solving the widespread plagiarism problem on this Wiki, and to expand articles that have been left as stubs for years.
With great respect you lack any knowledge of how the Disney Wiki runs. Your profile history reads that you were only here for a few weeks before you disappeared for four years and now you've shown up again. I can only assume you're here because of self-isolation like the rest of the world right now. So far, I find no record of you being on other Wiki. I'm sorry, but you've got a long way to go before you can consult big decisions or working together.
It's not just about following the rules or who are the Admins. At the end of the day experience and getting to know people matters. Loyalty, respect and trust also has to be earned.
Believe it or not when I tell you the truth. Everything I have said to you is the truth based on my long active time and experience here. All theme design has been consulted with me. It's been that way for years and the Admins don't mind leaving it to me. Even standard users or wiki managers who have ideas are always referred to Me. Unfortunately due to your long absence you're completely unaware of all this making it impossible for you to understand.
