I've been watching User:Sbrady538's editing for several months now, and I have to say her work has been good. I think she can do more if promoted to Content Moderator. I think she's earned it. I'll be asking the other Admins on this as well.
Since neither the 1997 series and Dalmatian Street are confirmed canon it is recommended that we remove all contents relating to both shows from the infoboxes, leaving only contents relating to the animated movies. Example: Cruella has no relatives, nor do Lucky and Rolly have a sister named Cadpig or a friend named Spot in the animated movies.
Hi. Since your an admin, I wanted to ask your opinion on creating new Marvel infoboxes. At the current moment, we have one infobox for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As there are hundered of characters, and thousands of hours of content (TV episodes and movies). I think it;s worth creating additional navboxes, since there are too many characters, locations, objects, etc to limit to one infobox (I had to reomove the episodes on the infobox, and place episode lists instead, as they were too many).
While the MCU is one franchise, it contains many sub-franchises within in (e.g. Iron Man, trilogy, GOTG triolgy, Captain America trilogy, all the different TV shows). My proposal is keeping the MCU infobox, but also adding additional ones. I think characters that appear in multiple franchises (e.g. Coulson was in a Thor movie, Iron Man movie, Avengers movie and a TV show), should be kept in the MCU navbox, and in an Iron Man infobox, Thor infobox, Avengers infobox and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. infobox, but characters who only appear in one franchise (e.g. Whiplash), should be removed, and placed soely in an Iron Man navbox. What are your thoughts?
Lately, I've been editing around pages related to Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and I've noticed a few things that are in need of re-evaluation. Mostly all the pages relating to the film are filled with contents that sounds like speculation, fan-fiction and nonsense.
When I read through the Atlantis page it says that after its discovery it became a secret tourist attraction for celebrities, and dignitaries. According to the Heart of Atlantis page, the crystal originated from a comet, which passed over Earth 10,000 years ago. We even have a page on Keepers of the Journal. I've watched the film and behind the scenes documentaries. There was no saying Atlantis became a tourist attraction, no origin of the crystal and no Keepers of the Journal.
From what I can tell, all this information was plagiarised from the Atlantis Wiki, which is seemed to be more fan based than accurate. I think its same we gave Atlantis: The Lost Empire a major re-evaluation. Remove any information that is considered false as well reorganise and simplify the contents till they are more like the rest of the pages on this wiki.
I'll be notifying other admins, content mods, and other good users to help out.
