Michael Kirk Douglas is an American actor and producer, primarily in movies and television. He is known for his roles in films such as Wall Street, Fatal Attraction, Basic Instinct, Romancing the Stone, and Wonder Boys. He is also the son of actor Kirk Douglas.

For Disney, he played Danny in the 1972 Disney film, Napoleon and Samantha. He voiced Waylon in Phineas and Ferb. He also portrayed Hank Pym in the 2015 Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Ant-Man, and reprises his role in the 2018 film, Ant-Man and the Wasp, the 2019 film, Avengers: Endgame, and Ant-Man 3.

Douglas was considerated for the role of Eddie Valiant in Who Framed Roger Rabbit along with several other actors that were also considered for the part. However, Bob Hoskins ended up being cast in that part.^[1]
He shares his birthday with his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, as both were born on September 25, 25 years apart (he was born in 1944 while she was born in 1969).
