Michelle Christine Trachtenberg is an American actress who is best known for her roles as Dawn Summers on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer from 2000 to 2003, and as Georgina Sparks on The CW teen drama series Gossip Girl from 2008 to 2011.
For Disney, she played Penny in the 1999 Disney live-action film, Inspector Gadget and Casey Carlyle in the 2005 Disney figure-skating film, Ice Princess.
