Mickey's Big Break is a Mickey Mouse short, that originally aired during the third season of Mickey Mouse Works. It was later included in the House of Mouse episode "Thanks to Minnie".
Plot[]
When Mickey and Donald accidentally break a picture of Minnie and Daisy by playing football in the house, they go to extreme lengths to try to replace it while Minnie and Daisy go shopping, even if it means crossdressing as Minnie and Daisy respectively to replace the photo, only for their efforts to go down the drain upon finding out that both Minnie and Daisy actually hated the picture both Mickey and Donald had previously broke, hence making the duo's attempts to replace the old picture of Minnie and Daisy a complete waste of time.

Trivia[]
- The episode's title is a play on the term "big break", which refers to a very good opportunity to become more successful or more famous and to improve your career, especially one that happens unexpectedly. In this case, the title is used rather literally.
- Clarabelle and Goofy note that Daisy (impersonated by Donald) was starting to sound like him. This is a reference to how Daisy sounded like Donald in her debut: Mr. Duck Steps Out.
- This is the only short of Mickey Mouse Works that Donald wears high-heeled shoes and wears a dress along with a bow on his head instead of his usual sailor shirt and sailor hat.
- Additionally, Mickey also wears high-heeled shoes along with a dress and a bow on his head, making him look more like Minnie, considering the fact that Minnie is basically a female version of Mickey with eyelashes and a bow with girls' clothing.
Goofs[]
- On the phone, Mickey told Goofy to take a picture, but he didn't tell him to take a picture of him and Donald at Minnie's place.
