- In "Mickey's Treat", the Mousekedoer song stays mostly the same, except Mickey and his friends are wearing their Halloween costumes.
- In "Mickey Saves Santa", the clubhouse is decorated with various Christmas decorations.
- In "Mickey's Color Adventure", the clubhouse has partially lost its color, with the Mousekedoer being completely black and white.
- In "Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt", the clubhouse is decorated with various Easter decorations, and the ending is extended with Ludwig Von Drake and Minnie saying hi to Toodles.
- In "Doctor Daisy, M.D.", Daisy has her pretend doctor outfit on while Pete has a blue hood.
- In "Mickey's Art Show" and "The Friendship Team", the living room is replaced with the art studio.

- In "Goofy's Thinking Cap", all the Mouseketools are replaced with Mouseke-Think-About-It Tools.
- In "Daisy's Pony Tale", Mickey is wearing a green hat while Goofy is in his Sir Goofs-a-lot outfit and Daisy has her princess outfit on, with her extra long ponytail.
- In "The Wizard of Dizz", Mickey is nowhere to be found in the song (because he appears as Mickey the Tin Mouse when he's the Land of Dizz), and Minnie has a blue variant of her usual polka-dotted dress and bow. The Mousekedoer is also replaced with the Mouseke-Dizz.
- In "Super Adventure!", the living room is replaced with the Super Maker Machine, while Mickey and his friends all have their hand-made superhero costumes on (who would later wear real superhero costumes once they go through the Super Maker Machine).

- Pete Also did a bit of his Hot Dog Dance position while Mickey was preparing Mouseketools at the Mousekedoer In Pluto's Tale,
- In the version used from Season 2 onward, when Mickey says "meedles and youdles", he meant "me and you", but tried to rhyme with Toodles. This version is also longer than the Season 1 version due to Toodles now playing a larger role in the song.
- The scene where Mickey says "That's a surprise tool that will help us later"after the mystery mouseketool was shown has became a popular internet meme, which shows it 1st person asking anything and the 2nd person answers the line from the mousekedoer song.
