Michael Edward "Mikey" Kelley, Jr. is an American voice actor. He is best known for voicing many characters in several animated projects, including Michelangelo in TMNT, Rip Runner in Loonatics Unleashed, Heatseeker in Transformers: Robots in Disguise, The Inspiration in Harvey Beaks, Kamandi in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and countless others.
For Disney, he voiced Higgins in Elena of Avalor, Blizzard in the Club Penguin TV specials, and provided additional voices in Phineas and Ferb, Gravity Falls, and Cars 3.
