Miss Rhonda Hightower is a recurring character from Disney Channel's The Proud Family and the Disney+ revival The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.

She is the principal of Willie T. Ribbs Middle School. She usually speaks in a meek, quiet voice, but then switches to a loud, authoritative voice when the kids won't listen to her, hence her name. When she yells, its usually insults about dim possibilities for the kids' futures.
