Miss Turkey is a character in the comic strips of Uncle Remus.

Br'er Possum and Br'er Bear spotted Miss Turkey working too much, until they notice that she was looking for something and Miss Turkey tells them that she's looking for her nesting feathers that are missing. Later then, Br'er Rabbit was holding a wagon of feathers for the nesting business. So Br'er Possum played a trick on Br'er Rabbit for him to get into trouble and told Br'er Rabbit that he had found feathers that belonged to Miss Turkey. Br'er Rabbit and Br'er Possum began to use the feathers to make war bonnets to play around, until Miss Turkey caught Br'er Rabbit when he was using her feathers and began to chase him and attempting to hit him by teaching him a lesson.
