Moira Kelly is an American actress and voice artist, best known for her roles as Mandy Hampton on the NBC political drama series The West Wing from 1990 to 2000, and Karen Roe on The WB/CW teen-serial drama series One Tree Hill from 2003 to 2009.
For Disney, she voiced Nala in The Lion King, The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, and The Lion King 1½. She also portrayed Dana Clifton in The Tie That Binds and Rebecca in Billy Bathgate.
