Money is a song from the 1974 album An Adaptation of Dickens' Christmas Carol, Performed by The Walt Disney Players. It is sung by Ebenezer Scrooge (Scrooge McDuck), which describes his love of money and personality while Bob Cratchit (Mickey Mouse) sings about Scrooge's greed and money over the poor.
In the 1983 reissue, the second repeats of Mickey's verse and Scrooge's last verse are removed.

Scrooge: The only thing that counts with me is money
The only thing I'm counting on is cash
The happiest time of day is when I put my coins away
Lock them up, bolt the door and dream about my stash
As a philanthropic fella, I'm a failure
But as a miser, I'm a smash
The only thing that counts with me is M-O-N-E-Y
You see, the only thing I'm counting on is cash
Chorus: The only thing that counts with him is money
Mickey: Money!
Chorus: The only thing he's counting on is gold
Nobody could exceed this individual for greed
Scrooge is cheap, what a creep!
His heart is really cold
Scrooge: They tell you that you can't buy contentment
But that philosophy is trash
The only thing that counts with me is M-O-N-E-Y
You see, the only thing I’m counting on is cash
Chorus: The only thing that counts with him is money
Mickey: Money!
Chorus: The only thing he's counting on is gold
Nobody could exceed this individual for greed
Scrooge is cheap, what a creep!
His heart is really cold
Scrooge: They tell you that you can't buy contentment
But that philosophy is trash
The only thing that counts with me is M-O-N-E-Y
You see, the only thing I'm counting on is
Cash, cash, money!
