Since 1959, three Disney theme park resorts have utilized straddle-beam monorail systems to provide transportation throughout:
- The Disneyland Monorail System at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California (opened 1959)
- The Walt Disney World Monorail System at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida (opened 1971)
- The Disney Resort Line at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan (opened 2001)

- Mickey's Mouseorail, a promotional vehicle built out of a Disneyland Mark III monorail train to promote Disneyland's 35th anniversary in 1990
- On April 28, 2018 Bob Gurr Confirmed that contracts are underway with Bombardier to update the deteriorating fleet of Mark VI Monorails at Walt Disney World.
