Background[]
Mr. Crummyham is gecko-like monster who works at his office in Monsters, Incorporated. Ever since Waternoose's arrest during the events of the first film, Crummyham attempted to show an info to newcomer monsters who get a job at Monsters, Inc., only for Crummyham himself to notice the outdated commercial focusing on monsters' duties in being scarers with the duty already being discontinued.

Crummyham has lime green skin all around him with four, a dark mustache located below his mouth. Located on the top of his head is a gill-like tuft used for his hair and on both sides of his head are two horns: one curved and one straight. In addition to this, he wears a pair of large eyeglasses which surrounds both of his four eyes (each lens surrounding two eyes on his face) as well as a pair of black eyebrows, and a thin mustache located above his mouth as well as a red necktie he wears on his neck.
Role in the series[]
In "Welcome to Monsters, Incorporated", Mr. Crummyham hears an outdated orientation video regarding about monsters being scarers from the narration which Tylor Tuskmon is watching, planning to correct the narrator's pre-recorded dialogues to keep up to date which Tylor replies that no more scarers are being hired for Monsters, Incorporated. Soon as Crummyham stops the video, he sees two of Tylor's horns asking the latter if he can use them for a laughing matter to which while talking, Tylor replies to him by telling him that his friends work in his family's hardware store which Mr. Crummyham tells him that to report this experience to his fellow coworkers at MIFT.
In "The Vending Machine", Mr. Crummyham, Celia, and Bean show Mike a profit of canisters decreasing due to a power outage that happened in weeks which Crummyham tells Mike that his graph is correct which Sulley explains to Mike that their company is not generating enough laugh power, planning to find a way to increase the profit, as Bean convinces Mike to make deeper cuts than playing golf. Later when Bean is discussing about the plans Mike has been making up, Mr. Crummyham then enters the office seeing the morale growing sufficiently, with Celia telling Mike and Sulley that the laugh canister output had already been doubled. Bean replies that the profits should turn around rather quickly, thanks to Mike's job in keeping the company growing.
