Mr. Flaco Moleguaco (voiced by Curtis Armstrong) is a teacher in Kuzco Academy. He teaches Kuzco, Malina, and Kronk's class. His main goal in the series is to applicate tests to help Kuzco become humble and respectful to others. He is very short and seems to be middle-aged.

- His first name, Flaco, is Spanish for thin or skinny, while his surname, Moleguaco, is the word Guacamole flipped around and with the second 'a' replaced with an 'o'.
- Similarly, his cousin, Mr. Nataempa, is the word Empanada flipped around, but with the 't' replacing the 'd'.
