Mr. Montague is the overarching antagonist of Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3, though he didn't have much screen time. He is the owner of "Montague Hotel", the rival hotel of the one where the film took place.
Role in the film[]
At the beginning, it was mentioned by Hollis, the hotel manager that the "Montague Hotel" was bad for his business. Later, he was seen talking with Jenny behind the gate about telling her to steal an important document from the office; afterwards, he paid her. In the climax, after Jenny's defeat, he was seen being dangled under a tree by Delgado with a rope. He may have been arrested for attempting to ruin his rival.
