Maggie[]
Calloway begins to get bored of Maggie.
At first, during the movie's plot, she never behaved safely with Maggie since her arrival despite her charisma and stubbornness, but as the plot progresses, their relationship worsens as time goes by as Mrs. Calloway always thinks in the negative since for her, Maggie is considered very stubborn.
Worst of all, is that after a desert flood, she and Maggie started arguing about her plan to catch Slim due to her wanting to quit and return to the farm due to her being the leader, however despite that, she only had to wait until the final moment arrived to defeat the outlaw to save the farm.
In the end, after Slim is arrested, Calloway apologizes to her for her headstrong personality and allows her to stay on the farm and gives her her hat as a gift for saving their home and they end up becoming friends.
Grace[]
Mrs. Calloway on the other side of Grace.
As seen throughout the film, Mrs. Calloway and Grace are friends and always have fun in Patch of Heaven before Maggie arrives, however their relationship is full of many things and problems that occur throughout the film, such as the fact of them being friends, and then becoming friends with Maggie after the defeat of Alameda Slim.
Mrs. Calloway is very wise and kind to Grace since both are always united sharing their friendship, since it is known that since calves, Pearl Genser raised them, they both enjoyed their childhood, since they are considered inseparable friends.
Buck[]
Mrs. Calloway met Buck for the first time while he was being used by Sheriff Sam as a jail, but later she met him again in the village although she did not like his karate tricks as Maggie and Grace did too, soon Buck decides to help them capture Slim after Rico's betrayal and they soon defeat him, save the farm and become friends.
Lucky Jack[]
Their relationship was very poor because she along with Grace and Maggie found him serving them food and even helped them capture Slim to win the reward but at the end of the film they became friends with the rest of the animals.

As the objective of the cows to pay the reward and save the farm, Mrs. Calloway was the second to get caught under Slim's yodel singing along with Maggie but Grace saved them to avoid being kidnapped, soon she and the other farm animals faced each other. him and ended up defeating him once and for all.
