Mrs. Gross is the wife of Mr. Gross and mother of The Gross Sisters from The Proud Family episode, "Culture Shock". She appears to be Jamaican according to her accent.

Given the fact that she forced LaCienega work on something dangerous such as roof repairs instead of doing it herself or asking her husband to help, it is made very clear that she cares nothing for labor laws or courtesy to guests.
