Mrs. Kekoa is a character who appears in the 2025 live-action remake of Lilo & Stitch. She is a 55-year-old social worker who is a by-the-book kind and patient woman who checks in regularly with Nani, whom she can tell is struggling with her duties as Lilo's guardian.

- Tia Carrere originally provided the voice of Nani in the animated film.
- Similarly to Li Shang in the 1998 film, Mulan, Cobra Bubble's role has now been divided into two for the remake, with his primary live-action counterpart working as a federal agent sent to catch Stitch, whilst his role as a social worker has been taken on by Mrs. Kekoa.
