Mrs. Portillo

Mrs. Portillo is the baker of Sheet Rock Hills in Handy Manny. She first appeared in season 1 episode 2 "Stretch's Cookies".

Personality[]

She is the most caring grandmother, a wife and friend of her grandkids Alex and Quinn, her husband, Manny's Abuelito in Season 3, her pet chihuahua, Carlos, and a friend of Manny and the tools. She also loves to bake foods for the neighbors and friends.

Appearance[]

Mrs. Portillo has grayish blue hair with a yellow flower, violet rimmed cat eyed glasses, white apron, gold bracelets, pink beaded necklace, pink earrings, a purple shirt with violet flowers, periwinkle pants and her purple shoes.

Strengths[]

Baking sugar skull cookies, jelly cookies, cakes and cupcakes, tortillas, pies, and more.

Broken dryer, jammed door and other broken objects and burnt goodies.
