The Muppets' Wizard of Oz[]
"Munchkins" in The Muppets' Wizard of Oz
In the Muppets' version of the Wizard of Oz, the Munchkins are combined with the Field Mice. The Munchkin Field Mice were formerly oppressed by the Wicked Witch of the East, but were freed from her tyranny by Dorothy Gale when her double-wide trailer crushes her to death. Tattypoo is the protector and friend of the Munchkin Field Mice, dropping in frequently for visits and rounds of cuddles. Glinda also drops in from time to time, though she seems to have a more distant relationship to them, displaying at best tolerance rather than affection.
Oz the Great and Powerful[]
In Oz the Great and Powerful, the Munchkins live in fear of the Wicked Witch of the East and the Wicked Witch of the West, but later gain hope as Oscar Diggs drives them out of the Emerald City.
Once Upon a Time[]
The Munchkins are first mentioned when Zelena sees Sneezy and mistakes him for one. They make their first appearance in the episode "Our Decay". Having informed a now adult Dorothy Gale of Zelena having taken over Oz, she arrives to stop her. Zelena, in retaliation, visits them to find out who informed Dorothy she was alive. A Munchkin named Boq speaks out which causes Zelena to use her powers to turn him into ash and she then threatens the others before Hades arrives. Revealing his identity to the Munchkins as the Lord of the Underworld cause them to flee.
Phineas and Ferb[]
In the episode "Wizard of Odd", the Munchkins are parodied as the Patchkins, portrayed by the Fireside Girls.

The Great Movie Ride[]
The Munchkins appear in the beginning of the Wizard of Oz scene during The Great Movie Ride in Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
