Muppets Ahoy!

Muppets Ahoy! is a former live stage show that premiered on board the Disney cruise ship, Disney Wonder, in July 2006. The show employed live puppetry of the Muppet characters and prerecorded video taped earlier on the cruise.

This was one of the few Muppet productions where the characters were played by different puppeteers from the core group of Muppet performers. The cast included John Kennedy (as Kermit the Frog), Drew Massey (Statler, Robin), Victor Yerrid (Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Waldorf, Sweetums), and Brett O'Quinn (Gonzo).

In the show, Kermit tries to find a guest star as he and the other Muppets keep the show going with music and comedy numbers, including "Mahna Mahna," and video clips from their time on the cruise. Miss Piggy (who talks to Kermit "live" via video) is initially too busy enjoying her room service to participate, but she eventually shows up to perform an extravagant musical act that goes awry. Statler and Waldorf watch from audience, providing their usual commentary.
