Neal P. McDonough is an American film and television actor and voice actor. He is probably best known for his role as Lieutenant Lynn "Buck" Compton in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers.
For Disney, he played Whit Bass in Angels in the Outfield, the Sheriff in Balloon Farm, and Dum Dum Dugan in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing in the 2011 film Captain America: The First Avenger, the 2013 short Agent Carter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., the 2015 ABC/Marvel television show Agent Carter, and the Disney+ animated series What If...?.
He also portrayed Dave Williams in the ABC series Desperate Housewives, Ty O’Brien in 9-1-1: Lone Star, and Jack Skinner in the 2006 Touchstone Pictures film The Guardian.
