Neil Richard Flynn is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He is best known for his role as Janitor in the NBC/ABC medical comedy-drama Scrubs and Mike Heck in the ABC sitcom The Middle.
For Disney, he voiced XR in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (replacing Larry Miller) and Mr. Bannister in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. He also played George in the ABC TV show Ellen and Smith in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
