Nelson Deavor is a removed character from Incredibles 2, who was originally set to be the main antagonist of the film, but was replaced by Evelyn Deavor, as creators thought it was better to have a female villain.

Clay sculpts and early iterations of the movie included Nelson as Winston's brother instead of Evelyn. He looked a lot like Winston, but with hair that wasn't slicked back.

Early concepts of him can be seen in the The Art of Incredibles 2 book.
